They proactively check monthly to see whether deductibles have been met, which was incredibly reassuring. Insurance can be confusing, and I struggled to understand the details—but they were endlessly patient in explaining it, and then explaining it again when I called back with more questions. A special shout-out to Gabrielle on the phone for her kindness and clarity.
In the store, Renee and Brian were warm, respectful, and compassionate. This has been an emotional journey for our family, and taking this step in my husband’s health was hard. My husband was understandably grouchy that day, and they met him with understanding, grace, and zero judgment. They carefully walked us through options, explained everything clearly, ensured the equipment was appropriate for his needs, and made excellent recommendations.

Visited this location today for my mother-in-law. We were all very impressed by the professional associate, Gabriel Garcia. Gabriel was very attentive, listening to our mobility scooter needs, explained everything thoroughly, very patient and answered all of our questions.
