Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday. If you reach us outside those hours, leave a message with your name and number and we will call you back the next business day.

Who to contact, and for what
Patients and caregivers
Call (210) 614-3804. Tell us what happened and what you were told you need — you do not need to know the equipment by name, and you do not need paperwork in hand to start the conversation. If insurance is the question, we check your benefits for free before you spend anything. See Insurance for the plans we accept.
Doctors’ offices and referral coordinators
Fax referrals to (210) 614-3805. Please include the order, the patient’s demographics and insurance information, and the chart notes supporting the equipment. If a referral is urgent or the patient is being discharged today, call (210) 614-3804 after you send it so we can pull it forward.
Wigs, mastectomy bras and compression garments
These come from The Pink Boutique, our sister company upstairs in the same building, Suite 210. Call them on (210) 614-3800, or read what they carry. Se habla español.
Braces
We carry braces here, and so does The Pink Boutique — they keep the wider range of styles and sizes. Call us on (210) 614-3804 and if we do not have what you need, it is one flight up rather than another trip out.
Reordering supplies you already use
Call (210) 614-3804. We can look up what you had last time rather than making you find the box and read the numbers off it.

Areas we serve
We serve Bexar County and the surrounding counties. Oxygen set-ups, hospital beds, electric wheelchairs and incontinence supplies are delivered and set up in the home. General equipment — walkers, canes, bath safety, CPAP supplies — is collected from the store at Suite 108.
